I love living at Scott Crossing. My favorite part has to be the design of the community/apartment as well as the surrounding area. I love being able to walk to get food or groceries. The only downside is that the location of my apartment is very noisy— from the slam of the door that connects the buildings to the loud music being played.

Overall everything has been great. Only concern is Security, to keep homeless people & trespassing out the building, & cleaning professionals to maintain the building everyday. We also need coffee on the weekends!

Scott Crossing is really nice with great amenities. The indoor Sauna is one of many favorites of all the amenities. Staff is nice and the community is located within walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops.

Scott Crossing is a great place to call home. Even when I had to break my lease early due to a cross country move, Courtney was generous and compassionate and explained all my options. I would move back here in a heartbeat

Everything is great but the gate and call box situations. My building needs a callbox. Also, I wish we had more security on the property at all times.

It's a beautiful complex, but my neighbors are really disrespectful. They often throw parties in the common areas, and then act offended if you show up to those spaces as if I don't have access to my own complex. However, the mail retrieval is really easy and efficient. The gym is nice. The pool is spectacular. I love my place.

I moved in back in November. I am single and did not know anyone. The leasing office is always organizing fun events so I was able to meet others. They are all very approachable, friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient and I am able to walk to pretty much everything I need. The leasing office staff is always so helpful with questions and they are always approachable. When it comes to maintenance the staff is prompt and always friendly. Lynn G

Moved to Scott Crossing about a week ago and I have liked it so far. It has been a great experience for my boyfriend and I. Everyone in the complex is great and nice. Can't wait to enjoy the summers in the rooftop pool.

Overall beautiful space. Love the amenities. Love the location. Could’ve had a balcony and can’t stop thinking about that. My only real complaints so far are that someone broke into my car and tossed everything around. Nothing was taken but highly upsetting. The parking lot gate is always open. Also wish we had the ability to buzz people into the building. It’s a hike to the door and back.

The gates are always broken so this doesn’t feel safe the elevator works without using the key fob trash was in the garage behind cars so some people can be nasty

The new maintenance staff is great. The request was completed very fast! My refrigerator needed a new filter, my water temperature was increase and the fix the washer in no time!

Common areas are often dirty, the elevator seldom lay consistently works, the amenities need to have more accessible hours, call box not working, and property features were over sold and under-delivered. I love my living space and convenience of the location inspite of the aforementioned short-comings!

I love the community. The staff is great with no complaints. Maintenance is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond. For the most part it's quite and clean always.

Amazing management team and beautiful property. Only negative is that it’s still a very new building with a lot of construction flaws to work out. Elevators and key fob access are regularly out, which is inconvenient, but will work itself out as time goes on.

I have had a great experience with the entire staff in the front office from the point of seeing the apartment for the first time visiting to signing my lease and moving in. They are very friendly and efficient and getting information back to you so that you feel comfortable with proceeding forward with them. I love my new apartment!!!

Great location, awesome amenities, staff is friendly, some nice neighbors. It's a little overwhelming right now trying to keep track of all of the apps I'm supposed to download and figuring out how to get packages or let delivery drivers in or win trash day is, but hopefully I'll get a hang of all that.

The staff is awesome!!! The Barista tips the scale for this property! I am very pleased with the amenities here! I can do without valet trash service as it is neither convenient nor consistent. The area is an ideal location and the shopping makes life easier!

Great location , amenities, neighborhood etc! I want them to answer the phone more in the office . And also monitor people leaving trash bags in hallway overnight bc i want my hallway to smell like the lobby. Very appreciative somebody organized the mail room to easily find packages

I love the apartment and the friendly staff! When I ran into a issue maintenance immediately handled the situation. The only downfall with the apartment is the trash that some residents stack up near the trash chutes. Also the animal feces.

Gorgeous apartments, fun amenities, and super friendly neighbors! More road noise than I expected but I'm on the exterior of the building and nothing a sound machine at night can't fix, love the sunlight I get in my place!

We’ve only been here for a week, but it already feels like home. The staff are extremely friendly, the units are gorgeous, the amenities are absolutely unbelievable, and the location is fantastic. I highly recommend this community to any and everybody!

This was the best choice I could have made. It is also hands down full of places to relax and entertain. I’m in love with the experience. This place is loaded with endless amenities; I can’t wait untill everything is fully functional.

So far so good, the staff is nice and responsive. There’s been some problems of high schoolers running around the building on Friday nights and acting wild and strong smells of weed smoke but the units are super nice and very homey.

Love the amenities and the location. In addition the property is very clean. I do think there is area of opportunity for the office as far as follow up. I had a move in date for 5.15.21 and the leasing agent never called to confirm my move in. I had to call up to the office to confirm that they had everything they needed from me. When I arrived, I only received one mail key for 2 residents and was told I would get the key soon.just felt like the key could have been prepared prior.I was told there was a trash can in the apartment, but no trash can. I asked for one and was told they would bring it day, but never did. The maintenance staff is great and got me everything Monday. I did email my leasing agent about these issues on Sunday, and we are now at Wednesday and haven’t heard anything from him. The apartment didn’t seem like it was cleaned. There was saw dust in the cabinets and the counter tops were dirty, just feel like it should have been cleaned a little better.

I am almost 1 week in and it has been great! The state of my room and the amenities were amazing upon arrival. My roommate and I had a slight delay in getting our keys and officially moving in to our apartment but outside of that everything has been wonderful.

I just moved in and so far the neighbors are quiet and the office staff is very helpful. I am still trying to figure out how to best navigate the building and how to recycle. I didn't receive a handbook so i am really discovering everything on my own.

Officially moved in 1 day ago. It is very appealing to the eye. The shower is awesome. A lot of cabinet space in kitchen and bathroom. I haven’t yet used the amenities, but the ones available are awesome, looking forward to my new home

From the amenities, to the newness of the property—I feel so at home! The staff here are very pleasant. I am so in love with living on this property. My regret is I didn't move to the top floor. Wasn't ready when I moved in. The personnel in the office is wonderful. They have taken care of the OLD lady very well. One thing, I will be glad when the gate is ready to allow visitors without having to go meet them. I know it is coming, just a little anxious for it to happen. Also, I have been here since October and still don't have a clue how to maneuver the building except by going to the first floor through the office or out of the garage. It is coming though because I need to walk. Also, I am ready to use the gym so Covid needs to go home and leave us alone.
